Age Concern in Blaby, Leicester

I bought a chest of drawers from there and when I got them home, one of the runners was broken and that drawer can't be used. I tried to call the shop repeatedly and never received an answer so I had to take the drawers back to the shop. I found their attitude to be very unhelpful and they basically said that i must have broken it when I was at home.
