Needhams Windows in Loughborough

Windows, doors, fascia and guttering installed about 8 years ago. Excellent quality. Just one small problem with the guttering which was quickly resolved by their Service department. Will definitely use again.

Lovely company, quote was in the middle of the 3 but worth paying a bit extra as they were very professional. After care superb.

We had windows and a conservatory installed by Needhams. Everything went extremely smoothly and was very good value for money.

Door installed but faulty installation meant problems a few weeks later. Customer care non existent if problem arises out of office hours. Had to pay for emergency locksmith so door could be locked so house was safe and secure but Needhams not interested and denied any liability. Locksmith confirmed and showed us how it had been incorrectly fitted. Seems as though once they've been paid, they don't want to know about any problems that arise afterwards. Cowboys.
