Tim Bird in Spilsby

Absolutely shambles. Let down on 4 occasions. He took our deposit and he said he would refund and guess what! I can't recommend this man.

Recommended by the electrical shop, Robinsons, in Horncastle.
As we are new to the area it is always difficult to find good artisans but this chap is amazing. When I phoned he was on his way back from Lincoln and said he could call in to see what the problem was. Arrived 15 minutes later, knew exactly what as wrong, got a price for the spare part, gave a price for fitting (extremely reasonable) and said he would phone as soon as the part was delivered.
I am very impressed and would thoroughly recommend Tim Bird - he's definitely going in my "useful" notebook.
