Haynes Hire Contractors in Grantham

Sean Haynes was recommended by a friend of a friend . After meeting him I thought he was a decent guy who I trusted would do a good job so I gave it to him. I had 60 square metres of patio slabs laid. After 2-3 months the pointing started blowing & cracking. I have been told by 2 professional builders that the reason it blows is because slabs are loose. I have told Sean about this & he wanted to come the next day to fix it but I wasn't in so couldn't. He agreed next week (week commencing 4th April 2021). I have texted him twice since but no reply. I've WhatsApp'd him today (6th) but only 1 tick so I did it from my 2nd phone & had 2 ticks & saw he read it but NO reply. He has blocked me & is ignoring any plea to resolve this terrible work. I've been more than patient about this but now I am going to pursue this through a small claims court if I can. He should morally guarantee this work but obviously has no intention of fixing it. DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS MANS WORK!. His communication skills are appalling too. Any decent respectful builder would be here ASAP to put things right & to save any reputation he had. Sean told me it was because of frost (which is rubbish) but I've been reliably informed the mix looks too week so has no grip. There are 4 different slabs that are laid to a specific pattern. 2 builders have spotted straight away that the pattern is inconsistent & wrong. I would never have written such a review but my patience has run out now & have been pushed to post this.
DO NOT USE HAYNES HIRE CONTRACTORS FROM GRANTHAM as he is not reliable plus it will cost you more in the long run. Today I've walked on 3 loose slabs. This is just the start of it.
