The Flower Shop in Rainhill, Prescot

Actually managed to speak to the owner Cathy, who was shocked and dismayed at the service I'd received from her staff. It seems she didn't get the correct information and u have come back to my pc to remove my posting only to find Cathy has replied but not looked at my time of posting! Cathy I was happy with your response and yes did feel we had resolved it satisfactorily, if you check the time of my original post you will see it is BEFORE we spoke face to face and is a direct reflection of the treatment off your staff member saying she was acting on YOUR instructions. I felt happy after speaking face to face with you and intended to remove my earlier review. I have only still left it so you can see the time for yourself. Let me know if what you said in the shop still stands??
