Dropped my Sony Xperia Z3 (on a 24 month contract with 02) and the screen shattered. Took it to 02 store and sent it off for repairs. Was quoted at least £180 for 'repair'. The repair was not explained to me, they did not tell me what needed replacing or repairing. I could have upgraded early for £150 at that point, so walked away disgusted. Took my phone to The Mobile Phone Workshop and was quoted just £80 for a brand new screen+digitizer. Was absolutely professional and honest. Even when I had an issue the week after the repair, the shop took my phone back again and replaced the screen again for free! They are amazing and saved me a lot of money. He even gave me a free phone cover, because I had to go back to the store.
