We have paid £400 deposit cash and £2000 cash as staged payment as a stage payment for the purchase of tiles total £2400 this was for part payment of a complete roofing. What we have had is a Skip parked on our drive for two moths this has now been collected by Winwink Skip hire hope they got paid for the empty skip. We made plenty of appointment with the owner Mr Mark M who did not turn up on all but one occasion we text him at 7:30am informing him we could not be in due to a family emergency. He failed to reply to the text message and he did turn up at 1230pm as arranged Our CCTV does show this, however our CCTV also records the now show of at least 6 our arranged visits. We not only have the CCTV we also have voice telephone recordings of Mr Mark M taking ownership of these problems. The final straw was snapped on Monday 16th November 2015 when Mr Mark M and Mr Keith G both of Runcorn did not turn up for a meeting at midday. Since then we have gone arround the Penketh area and just informing their new customers of our experience. This firm takes cash in hand payments cheque and Bacs payments to various account numbers. Its not possible to give no stars so i've given them one. Shoddy installation. Incomplete and refused to come back and rectify the mistakes/ botched job done. Never received my guarantee or even a receipt. I would go as far as calling them crooks. I was promised a first class service that I never got and was then pressured into paying full amount into his daughters bank account.
