Britannia Taxis in Whiston, Prescot

Used these taxis a few times from Whitson hospital to Widnes always very reliable.

How poor was the service from taxi reg nr 2395 this evening?....Answer, very poor! No respectful customer engagement at all from this young, narrow minded individual..He should consider himself very lucky to be employed in any job, never mind this one as a customer reliant taxi driver...he is quite simply so unsuitable for any customer service role. If, as a business, you ever have the opportunity to employ such a similar young individual....don't....and if you have naively employed him....then sack him now...before you lose any more of your trade and future customer base. We, as 50yr old plus ex=service personnel, wonder what the future of this country is all about following this experience. We will be spreading the word to avoid this taxi firm because of this particular individual. Sort it out Britannia, before he ruins your business!
