Kirby Service Centre in Liverpool

Pushy, rude and ignorant telesales staff who call you up all the time trying to intimidate you into booking service appointments. When you tell them to remove your details from their call list, they ignore you and just keep on calling you, sometimes just 2 seconds later. They will even try booking in appointments without your say so and intimidate you into keeping it saying you want to cancel an appointment at short notice that you never even made!! Avoid this company like the plague!!!

I am shocked at the other review, I have been a customer for 2 years and would total disagree, the telesales staff are so helpful, polite and joyful on the phone, I have been called by them many times and they have never been pushy with me. If you don't want to book in with an appointment then say no, and if they continue then hang up, why do you have to make bad reviews because you did not handle the call well. I don't understand. Thank you Kirby centre for always being so kind and helpful, I love my machine and it is always a pleasure to catch up when the staff call me, Margi x
