I have ordered from this place three times and on the third time I found a black bug in the rice and the tikka sauce. After calling back, I got a lot of verbal abuse from the staff and they refused to refund the food.

It was absolutely disgusting and since giving them the food back with the bug still in the food, they laughed and said they were not going to anything about it. This is the last time I am ordering from place and would advise others not to order from this place, purely on the food hygiene standards and the lack of customer service.
