I have never encountered such a rude and unpleasant person! Zero customer service, and met with a barrage of abuse! Avoid at all costs, unless you want to be treated like something from the bottom of your shoe.
After missing yet another newspaper delivery the owner gave extensive verbal abuse towards an elderly customer, and on confronting I was told he couldn't care less about customers and she was to "get a life". Awful language, considersble swearing. Terrible customer service, and totally unacceptable attitude.
