Stage Coach (South Wales) in Bedwas, Caerphilly

My daughter was recently in The Royal Gwent Hospital. I travelled on the bus to visit her but found that I had to get off at St Woolos and walk down to the hospital - that was fine, but the return journey was quite a different matter. There is a very steep hill to climb, people with chest or heart conditions would find it very difficult indeed.

Two buses run every hour from Bargoed to Newport, would it be possible for one of the buses to go past the front entrance and the other the back entrance? As Newport is our catchment area for hospital treatment and a lot of patients are elderly this would be of great help to them.

I hope you consider this suggestion seriously.
