Nationwide Crash Repair Centres Ltd in Treforest, Pontypridd

My insurers instructed me to take my car here for a repair following an accident. The repair was carried out & a new rear bumper was fitted. However when I collected my vehicle I noticed my electric wing mirror was no longer working. Nationwide say it's a faulty electrical unit but I took it straight to an auto electrician who said the power going to the wing mirror is fine but the wing mirror appears to be damaged, the mirror cover was loose and it isn't mounted quite as it should be. Obviously been damaged whilst in the workshop and I'm having to pay a lot of money for what they call a "coincidence".
