Duval Dry Cleaners in Uxbridge

I have used this service twice now and for the second time been very disappointed.

The garment I left in was a simple dry clean, I have had the dress dry cleaned else where before and had no issues however this time around there are dark stains still visible and there was also damage to my dress.

The sales person was very un co operative and quite aggressive, and would strongly advise you to never use this service.

A very good service they have changed since 2016 my garment is excellent 5/5 stars would recommend this for ANYONE.

I could not agree more with the above comment, had some curtains altered, and was not told they keep the leftover material, when I phoned the rude obnoxious male was very off and told me I should have asked to have the remainder material returned to me, I will never use this company ever again, totally rude and put the phone down on me which I neither appreciate or I think is very professional, avoid this company at all costs, I will never use this company ever again.
