Cordwallis Van Centre - VW Commercial Vehicles in Bedfont, Feltham

The service of my van was carried out promptly on arrival at the service centre. However I feel the customer service provided could be improved. My suggestions are for the staff to greet their customers in a warm and friendly manner and to provide newspapers in the waiting area. A little thing to note is that maybe in future the tag on the key fob could be removed before handing back to the customer. That said the lady at service reception was charming and efficient. Small points but I look forward to them being implemented by the next time I visit!
