I asked for a quote for a new boiler and radiators. They gave me a quote. I accepted it. They started work. On day 1 they said that as one radiator would be on a different wall to where they had expected it to be there would be an additional charge. I said OK. Later that day they walked off the job. We had not even discussed the revised price. They left me totally in the lurch. They are a disgrace. They are completely unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone.
