Hest-Wey Roofing in Sunbury-on-thames

Avoid at all costs!!! Giving them one star is too much for them. It is a dishonest company, just an easy money-making scam in cahoots with AXA Home Insurance, who appointed them as emergency roof repairers on December 27th. Arrived to do the work on 11th January, spent 35 min half of the time erecting and dismantling a platform to reach the roof. It rained two hours after they left and the leaks were as before! Refused to face any responsibility, withheld the photos to prove what have done. Got paid £834 from AXA for this scam.

Really poor. It took weeks to arrive through insurance as emergency repairers, only did 1 of the 2 repairs, but claimed they did both. They fixed 3 ridge tiles, but broke 2 flat tiles and left another tile slipped up exposing the felt underneath.

My roof is leaking which Hest Wey installed and they would not honour their warranty on their work. The contractor who then came to fix their errors alerted me to the fact that they never finished the original job. There was no use of lead flashing around the edges leading to a slow corrosion of the felt and a leak. When I asked Hest Wey to fix their mistake, they refused.
