Riverside Hi-Fi in Twickenham

Appalling service and terrible communication. Daily contact chasing me to pay them for a home demo but immediately afterwards communication dried up. Gave me an amp with a fault. Refused a refund but took the amp back “for checks” and ignored my communications ever since. Almost 4 months later I still have no explanation, no update and no sign of my money. Strongly advise you to shop elsewhere. It’s a shame as they stock great kit and i would have bought from them if they’d treated me professionally and honestly. Dread to think what their after sales must be like.
