I had booked a ticket from them. But found better deal from another company, so bought ticket from another travel agent. A lady called me back saying that they could not hold ticket longer after a day. I thanked her and said that I I bought ticket from 'Travel Console' as the deal I got was better. She started asking me several questions, I answered. Again she started asking me same questions then I politely thanked her again and said bye.
I got a message just after few seconds saying 'Surely u did not learn any courtesy or manners while in U.K.'
I wondered and called back again they didn't answered. I kept on trying finally owner 'Asish Pant' answered. I tried to explain him the situation but he was so rude and angry that I didn't buy ticket from them and started shouting over the phone.
This is how their customer service is. Surely not me but they need to learn manner and all. Later on I found out who the owner is. These people can never change their thinking level and behaviour.
