If I could leave 0 stars for this absolute joke of a company I would. If you are landlord or prospective tenant I would avoid this company at all costs. They will take your money and let you live in disrepair. They are extremely unprofessional and rude and will lie and ignore you in hopes you just give up. I am now in contact with the landlord directly and he was absolutely shocked and disgusted to find out how they have been mismanaging his property. Needless to say they will not be continuing to use their services in the future.
