DSM in Enfield

In July of 2014 I paid Mr Carney of DSM motors Enfield for 40 driving lessons for my daughter in 8 months he had only completed 5 driving lessons. During that period he cancelled many lessons, did not bother to return her phone calls and would not return my phone call and messages. I asked for a refund in March 2015 and he refused saying ‘he does not do refunds’ so I had to commence legal action against him.
In my court case against Mr Daniel Carney (Defendant) of DSM Motors on the 4th January 2016.
It was adjudged that:
The claimant (me) recover against the defendant (Mr Carney) the sum of £430.00
The defendant having paid the sum of £0.00
It is ordered that the Defendant (Mr Carney) pay to the claimant (me) the sum of £430.00 on or before the 18th January 2016.
Rather foolishly Mr Carney returned the court letter ‘return to sender’ but he clearly does not realise that as that is his address that he has now been ‘served’ by the court and I will instruct bailiffs after the 18th January to remove goods and assets from Mr Carney and further costs will be levied against him.
Please think carefully before purchasing driving lessons from this man!
