Church Road Surgery in Uxbridge

My wife attended a consultation with my daughter in May 2016. This consultation with the doctor in question in my wife’s opinion was very bad and she was outraged at what the doctor had to say. From there my daughter and wife carried out a compliant. We had a meeting with the practice manager on the 25th July 2016 and it was left that she would speak to the doctor concerned to arrange a meeting for her, the doctor and us to discuss the initial consultation. The last time my wife spoke to the practice manager was on or around the 19th January 2017 to once again try and arrange a meeting. To this day 3rd March 2017my wife still has not heard back from the practice manager or the doctor, so what is the point of going to the practice manager. We are now nine months down the line and no further forward.
