Wallaces in Edinburgh

I made an appointment for my dishwaser to be repaired. The heating element was not working. When I made the appointment they said they had the parts in stock. After arranging a day off work for it to be repaired the technician arrived, did not even look at the machine and said he'd have to come back another day with the parts that will be needed. He then later called to say they have decided not to repair it and suggested I buy the part and fit it myself. I am not impressed with this company's approach to customer service.
