Unfortunately, I don't have the option to go further down from 1 star, otherwise they don't even deserve that. Had constant issues with the management of my property. Provided me the deposit protection certificate 10 months after the property was let. Charging me more than £1200 for the management fees for renewing the contract - although there is no contract in place to do so. And now I am in process to fight my case against them.
I have requested a call back via email or call back, but apart from false promises, I dont get any call backs.
Really unprofessional.
