Totally Unprofessional owner. I gave a brand new £800 Paul Smith suit for cleaning. I went back to collect the suit he had completely ruined the suit. The suit had been overpressed. The material had lost its shape as the inner material had been damaged. The surface was damaged and scorched. He had left a shimmer on the suit due to overheating. The inner lining was so badly dry cleaned that it has now been completely damaged beyond repair. The collar and neckline of the suit had lost its shape. When I showed him the suit he did not care just started shouting and saying leave the shop. He did not want to take any responsibility at all. Just avoid this dry cleaner at all costs he is totally unprofessional from his cleaning to his mannerism and attitude no customer service at all only rudeness. No understanding that he has just ruined an £800 suit with no care at all.
