After lockdown when they started classes again, they forgot to contact us to let us know the lessons had begun again. Even though I had emailed them a few times throughout the year asking about updates and I was assured my daughter was still on the list and would be contacted.
After many emails and text messages I finally got a reply saying that they had forgotten and after a few messages I was offered a reimbursement for the classes we had paid for and had missed. After many months of unanswered emails and messages I still have not received the reimbursement!
If they can’t be bothered to reply how am I’m supposed to contact them??
Very unprofessional and basically very very rude!!
