My 91 year old mother has been suffering with various problems and I want to thank the receptionists for their help when phoning for advice and help. They made time to listen, managed to get appointments promptly and filled me with confidence that we would be looked after. Dr Brazier was amazing, came out three times to see my mother, showed empathy, made mum feel confident that she would be looked after and quickly arranged for treatment etc. Mum is now home from hospital and on the mend and it is thanks to Dr Brazier and his team, thank you x
