Kieran gave a wonderful service, coming out to my house after I rang him up at closing time on a Friday evening. He attended and dealt with the problem politely and efficiently for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them if this is an example of their service. So nice to be writing something positive - nowadays I'm much more used to needing to complain rather than praise.
