Took my car in to repair a perished pump seal and then broke my starter motor while they were at it. They refused to accept responsibility for it or even repair it.
As soon as I mentioned having contacted Trading Standards to check my rights they ordered me to remove my vehicle from their premises. Disgraceful and nonexistent service. I will never use them again.
