Stalham Fencing in Walcott, Norwich

I had some fencing done across the back of my garden to match the other half, it was erected stepped instead of level as discussed, this was, however, rectified under protest.

The wrong colour closeboard panels were used and they are facing the opposite direction to those already in place, despite me checking and double checking that it would be the same as the other side and being told yes. Looks completely unmatched, out of place and upside down, gaps underneath the concrete gravel boards and the cement is crumbling at the bottom of the posts, phoned and texted but got ignored, Poor Service!
