Yesterday I went in store and asked for ink cartridges for my SX130 Epson printer, now, sadly I am not an expert it printers and have not bought ink before. When I asked for the T185 pack, I expected to be given just that, instead I was given an Inkbox brand version. Assuming this would work, I took it home and installed into my printer. Prints came out a little fuzzy, so I ran printer utility and cleaned nozzles, print aligned etc. Printer worked fine for a few prints, then came up that it was using unrecognised cartridges, so I tried everything I could to get it to work. When I called Inkbox for their advice, my response was that head-cleaning wastes a lot of the ink, right, but the problem is not that the cartridges have run out of ink. The lady I spoke to insisted that they are single use chips and that by taking out the cartridges, I have rendered them useless, and that "it's not our concern". However, she failed to recognise that the problem with the cartridges was BEFORE I had taken them out, and had only taken them out as a last resort. Utterly unhelpful, 'not our problem' attitude and total unwillingness to accept any fault. Disgusted with the service.
