Very rude indeed! Came in today and asked if they could possibly engrave a pen I had as they had done it before for me, the assistant was abrupt, rude, dismissive and very unprofessional saying he wouldn't do it because it would slip, but there are ways of saying that, and that wasn't it! He needs a lesson in customer service. Bad move. Won't ever go in there again.
