Caroline's Cars in Ashwellthorpe, Norwich

I have used Caroline's Cars many many times and find the service absolutely first class. I am not mechanically minded so pretty easy to rip off. They always give me a price for the work before they start and show me exactly what is going to be done.

This year when I returned from Holiday in January I had a windscreen wiper not working. The easiest thing to do would be to tell me I need a new unti etc. They did not. It was a very simple problem (to them not me) and said Windscreen wiper was working perfectly in 5 minutes.

3 weeks ago the car broke down for the first time ever in the centre of Yarmouth. Police were called as I was at a busy junction. I called Caroline's Cars and as ever got through first time. Caroline was en route to Birmingham. They called her and she immediately called me back with advice on what the problem might be. This advice was invaluable and saved me a potential fortune in tow trucks etc etc.

I find Caroline's Cars a fantastic friendly service where nothing is to much trouble and I highly recommend them to everyone.
