Horrendous! Don’t know where to start?!
Compassion towards a family with an infant without hot water or heating over the New Year for 2 weeks? Ha, not a chance! It took me to call them to be kept up to date with what was going on and when it was going to be fixed. Without hot water or heating and just over 1c I had to move out of the property, with this explained to them I received the response of ‘Well if you owned your own property you’d be in the same situation so there is nothing we could do to help’. If I owned my own property I would have insurance to cover such times. Nothing but sarcastic come backs and no compassion.
How about the lack of ability to do their own admin? Despite having provided them with 4 email addresses, 2 mobile numbers, a landline and a work number not one member of staff has the ability to use any of them to contact us as tenants. Management is just as bad if not worse. 24 Hours notice before viewings? Nope! More like turn up on your door with people to view and management saying they called to arrange viewings for Thursday, wait a moment this is Friday and no one confirmed an actual day or times! Directing sarcastic comments about me to my 1year old. Yep and that’s the management.
My landlords have been nothing but brilliant, it is such a shame that this is the sort of company that represents their home. All in all I wouldn’t touch this company even if I saw my dream home to buy through them. They are nothing but totally unorganised, sarcastic, rude and totally useless.
