Keith Morris in Hull

I recently used Mr Keith Morris to fit a new front door to my property along with supplying all materials - Locks , handles, letterbox hinges. He "verbally" quoted me a price of £230 for the installation plus the cost of the materials and was astounded when given a bill for£450. Unfortunately I was not at home at the time and my partner made the payment and was made to sign to the terms and conditions (Which he did not make her aware of) I subsequently disputed the amount that he charged and asked for a breakdown of prices along with a copy of the receipts for all the materials used which i consider to be a reasonable request but he has failed to do this. I have no problem with the quality of the work produced but I do object to the over inflated "add on" which he cannot account for. If you do use Mr Morris I would get everything in writing and do not be bullied into signing to his terms and conditions until completely satisfied.
