I am what is called a singing specialist, which means I have a very high level of understanding, expertise and experience of the singing voice. I train and help the singer achieve the very best from their voice, learning the most advanced, effective and safest techniques, including “The Leaning Of The Voice Sensation”© I also have specialist knowledge of all voice types, particularly the soprano voice.
Amazing teacher! I would not change my lessons for the world! As well as giving me good techniques to work on in my own time, she also gives me some good advice on how to look after my voice, she shows me what I’m going to do that lesson and back up the reason as to why it’s good for my voice by using psychological and physical evidence and proves why her techniques are good and healthy. A really pleasant and caring person to be around!
Myself and my daughter are new to singing and have chosen Angela as our first coach. Having had a handful of lessons now, we have been introduced to vocal techniques including the teaching of the Italian Arpeggio (leaning of the voice) as opposed to straining and shouting and how it is acutely supported with science and imagery along with how we produce resonance (power) by the ring of the voice.
Angela demonstrates this in her own voice which seems effortless to her and is so high!!! Angela is very encouraging and a joy to be in company with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anybody who is looking to learn how to sing the correct way whilst understanding the science behind it!
I began with Angela a few months ago. I had had singing lessons 30 years ago, but I wanted to re-train my voice and regain some higher notes.
Angela is a wonderful lady who puts you at ease straight away. I saw & felt improvement within three lessons, and the continental techniques used really help.

I could not recommend Angela enough! Around seven years ago now I was diagnosed with vocal chord nodules - whilst completing my third year of a professional Musical Theatre course. This was absolutely devastating news for me, however after I graduated I was still able to secure a singing contract, working in a 5* resort in Greece. This contract required me to complete a variation of different shows every evening for around 7 months. One contract then led to the next and 7 years later I have been working non stop each evening. This performing lifestyle has left constant strain and further damage to my voice where I have adapted and learned different (and poor) vocal technique in order to sing around my problem areas. Unfortunately I have been unable to take the time out required to fix these issues but recently decided enough is enough and began searching for someone who specializes in the voice and vocal rehab, to offer some support and assistance. This is where Angela has been an absolute dream! I have seen multiple speech therapists and singing teachers but none of which were exactly what I needed – speech therapists didn’t know anything about singing technique and many singing teachers weren’t actually very clued up on how the voice works. Angela is exactly what I have been looking for and after just a couple of lessons she has provided me with a unique insight to the voice and wonderful exercises which have helped with not only my vocal health but also enabled me to enjoy singing again. It has been a long time since I have felt at ease with my voice and I have started enjoying my performances again. Further to this, through her encouraging and motivating words I also have hope that my natural soprano voice will return at some point- I felt as though my falsetto range was lost forever. Angela is a wonderful, genuine person who is fully qualified and skilled in all areas regarding the voice. If you are someone with any type of vocal damage and need help with recovery, or simply looking to improve your vocal technique and learn some new interesting techniques, this is the voice specialist for you. Having taken lessons before and not feeling I was getting anywhere I gave up. Then a few months later I saw a advert for this lady and decided to try again. And it was the best decision I ever made. This lady is incredible she does not just teach you how too sing she makes you understand how to sing. Her knowledge is vast. She helps you understand the structure of singing. From your head voice chest voice and middle voice. Where your voice resonates. But more importantly she makes it fun to learn. I went from singing the odd times at family BQs to singing for my daughter at her wedding. I love singing and What Angela taught me will only make me sing better. Fantastic singing teacher. Angela has used every trick in the book to enhance my singing technique and improve both my range and quality of sound. I love that I feel so invigorated after my lessons with her, because she makes them fun as well as educational and I know that she employs sound scientific basis to her teaching, using techniques that have been around for centuries, but also replicated by one of the worlds most renowned singing specialists today. I am very grateful for all she has done for me and, if anyone out there is thinking of starting to sing, or even going back to it after a period of absence, there is no one in this area better equipped to give you the confidence to go for it!
Fantastic singing teacher, employing every trick in the book to educate and nurture the singers voice to a level previously thought unattainable. As a mature singer, rather than experiencing a decline in my voice performance, I have gone from strength to strength under Angela's tutelage. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism, knowledge and experience which have made singing lessons both enjoyable and immensely instructive. Her techniques are backed up by the art and science of singing used over centuries and are replicated by one of the foremost singing instructors in the world today.
