Hair by Paul in Hull

Please read and consider before going here. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, she has just been in to have her hair cut by Paul and has come out utterly devastated. I have seen her cut and must say myself I'm shocked he's even got a business and can't believe he's let my mum walk out the door with her hair in this state. In her own words "it's 4 different lengths. Looks like it's been hacked into by a 5 year old.." and "he's a lovely fella but God he can't cut hair. One side is longer than the other by atleast two inches and there are un cut bits hanging down all round the sides and back and the fringe is wonky. I'm devastated, I can't even style it. One of he grandchildren could of done a better job".

Hello, I’m deeply sorry to hear that your Mum left the salon devastated, this is highly uncharacteristic, I am disappointed to hear this as I do take great pride in my work. With over 35 years experience in hairdressing, including cutting hair to the high standards that my clients expect and receive, I always ensure my clients hair is cut even, my regular clients always leave completely satisfied and return because they're happy with my service, I have worked hard for many years to achieve this. During a consultation, I always try to ensure my clients receive the end result they're looking for. I always ensure my clients are happy with their hair before they leave the salon, in the circumstances that a client had been disappointed or not completely satisfied I would do everything I could to rectify it with my compliments, however I do not recall a situation, I always strive for client satisfaction. I think I should have been notified at the time and given the opportunity to put things right if you had contacted me.
