Cornish Pasty Bakery in York

Pasties to die for. I had steak pasty and my wife had cheese and onion. Both were outstanding and we had them cold. Do they sell franchises? I'm sure I could sell them.

My go to place for a quick snack when I'm in York, which happens quite often lately.

This bakery also does sandwiches, paninis and cakes and they are all excellent!

This was my first ever experience with cornish pasties, so I can't really tell how they compare...

Pasties from this place are huge, and people with a smaller appetite could share one and be full! I really enjoyed my steak cornish pasty, it was superb.

They have all different types of fillings, such as chicken balti, lamb and mint, pork and apple and loads of others. I love cornish pasties and would eat them every day. Still, I can't because food is really fat...

Great place to stop for a quick bite while walking around the town.
I had lamb and mint pasty the other day and it made my afternoon better!

My pork and apple pasty was really well filled and tasteful, but I have had cornish pasties. Still, prices are reasonable and if you are passing by it is a good place to stop for a quick bite.

I love the giant traditional pasty, but all their pasties are packed with meat and fillings of all sorts. They are also open until late and I usually go there on my way home.
I would recommend the cornish pasty bakery if you are hungry and don't have time to stop and sit down and eat. Grab something and bring it home or eat it while walking. Prices are good and staff are nice.
