Absolutely shocking! I certainly would not recommend to anyone, however if you do take up a tenancy please take your own detailed pictures when you move in, detailed notes are not enough as they have a tendency to lose or ignore any amendments made to the inventory when you move in and claim to be doing you a favour by not charging you for the things they 'pick up on' Fourlet need to spend some money on staff training, particularly focused on communication.
They ignore emails (what seems to be their preferred method of communication) fail to return phone calls, and have a very rude and offhand manner. Their staff seem inexperienced which could be part of the issue, a young lad called Simon takes a very relaxed approach he doesn't dress smartly and is unshaven and scruffy, his appearance seems to be a reflection on his work as he takes very little pride in that also, he ignored emails, became rude when questioned on it and was very unhelpful, his communications lacked basic manners and in all honestly gave me a headache. Some further training is definitely required or perhaps his performance needs to be monitored more closely by the management team. I urge people to think carefully before using fourlet to rent as many other agencies in the area usually have similar property's and their staff are a lot more helpful, which is a shame as we had a lovely landlord who was using fourlet. If you decide to rent with fourlet please clarify all fees with them before handing over a penny, then double check...as they tend to be quite sneaky and put you in a position where you aren't aware of them until you have handed over some unrefundable money, lengthy emails with 'Eden' got me nowhere with this as she seemed quite dismissive and unhelpful.
