Poor rate and service to youths in the area, offering of false and victimising information to young people in retalliation to removing them from parents that they feel do not deserve children, especially the poor who get closely monitored, and these youths are then offered advice to leave home rendering them often, as I have experienced, homeless and destitute near point of death to be taken advantage of by other out of control youths, and they encourage them to stay together in bad groups in doing so causing hurt and upset to these vulnerable parents and kids. 0 out of 10
