Hildoceras in Whitby

Having decided on my purchase, which was in the window, I tried to enter the shop but the door was locked. It was 15 minutes before closing time so I knocked. The assistant came to the door and brusquely told me it was closed. When I pointed out that it wasn't five I was told even more brusquely that they could shut when they like. If you are not going to keep to publicised hours, don't have them up in the shop window. They've lost a sale there as I won't be back in the morning.
