I am sure Buckley's fit towbars and reverse sensors great however I did not get the chance to have reverse sensors on my car fitted. I felt their customer service skills to be very poor. I had to change my appointment as they ordered Black sensors despite my telling them my car was Blue, although I am so busy I completely forgot to get the exact colour to them until near the appointment time. No reminder though, just ordered black! I then had to change a 10am appointment because of work commitments.
The appointment was set for me for 9am another day. I felt like I was annoying them at this stage despite my not deliberately trying to, I am not like that. Most companies will re-confirm appointments these days as we are all so busy. I got none and as a result I was 45 mins late as I thought it was a 10am appointment as it was before. I can honestly say it was a mistake on my part, in my head I was early not late but I was greeted with news that they had rang the next customer and had no time slots for me. Why not ring me and ask where I am? Anyway I thought, ok, I have to accept and be booked in another time, I even apologized of course. NO they will not book me in again, I blew it apparently and they have so much work they are not bothered, even though I had travelled over an hour to get to them. I then got threatened to not make this review too nasty after my saying that I would of course write something online as I am so disappointed.
So make your own minds up on whether you would like to use this company but if you do, take note of my experiences in the areas mentioned above as it seems there is no empathy for any errors you make.
