I am very disappointed and in fact disgusted at the level of customer service I have received tonight. I have been a loyal regular customer, ordering food around £ 30 once a week and on occasion twice a week, for over two years now without any concerns. The vegetable spring roll was missing and I did check the bag and the rubbish before I contacted you. I contacted the restaurant to inform them of the mistake and they were sure all 7 items were put in the bag. I told you again that it was not in the bag when it arrived at my house. They said that you would check on the CCTV and then send the spring roll out to us. I waited 30 minutes and nothing arrived. I again contacted your restaurant and asked were it was, to be told that you had check your CCTV and it had gone in the bag so therefore you would not be sending one out leaving my daughter without food so I had to cook her something. This is very poor customer service and this is appalling. I will not order of you restaurant again. Very unsatisfied customer.
