What a bunch of cowboys. I have had a problem with my boiler for over 5 months and with countless divs coming around to look at the fault, they still can’t fix the problem. They lie about the problem to the insurance company, ie, they tell the customer one thing (and leave written confirmation) and then tell the insurance company something else. As plumbers go, I wouldn’t trust them to run a bath, let alone fix a leak. If your insurance company uses this company, I would suggest using another company altogether. Totally discussed and unhappy customer. Useless!!!
