Golden Top Chinese Takeaway in Corby

Order placed at 18:30, after 3 phone calls and each time being told the driver left with it 10 minutes ago he finally showed up at 20:45. Food was stone cold. Phoned to complain only to be told by some silly little schoolgirl that we had cancelled our order and then informed me that I was offending her by complaining. Went in to shop to complain to be met with the same attitude and the old chestnut of "we are very busy", little lesson to be learned "Golden Top Employee of the Year". Do not lie to your customers, or treat them like numpties and tell them at the start how long it will be so they can decided to proceed or not!!! Avoid if you dislike poor customer service and you want your food on time and still hot.
