Paul Alexander in Raunds, Wellingborough

Ok so I have a bit of advice for anyone wishing to purchase carpets from the Raunds area, well specifically Paul Alexander on Raunds square. Be very careful with what you ask for a price, get everything in clear writing and triple or quadruple check it otherwise when the final bill arrives it will be for more than you expect. Then when you question it the owner gets very defensive and aggressive in the way he talks to you and goes on about how he doesn't run a macdonalds service, I have to agree with that because macdonalds provide a better attitude towards their customers. 
All I will say is be very careful and don't use Paul Alexander in Raunds.
