Barrasford Park Caravan Site in Barrasford Park, Hexham

A £300 increase on site fees this year with no justification for the high increase other than making improvements to the roads. I thought this would be classed as general maintenance not as improvements. Where are the improvements to the benefit of the caravan owners, as per Caravan Act?

The owner thinks that not having a business plan to share with the caravan owners is acceptable. The caravan site has slowly been increasing the site fees for the last 4 years that I am aware of. However, the site argues that this is in relation to inflation but the price increases have not been based on the yearly inflation rate. The annual increases over the past four years has been set above any inflation rate of the UK.
