Phoneline in Long Eaton, Nottingham

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I am currently receiving from Phoneline in Long Eaton. They are advertising a deal whereby you can upgrade your contract from Orange / T mobile 6 months early in order to convert customers onto EE 4g. I signed up on the 17 Oct and told it will go through within a couple of days. Seven days later and I am still not connected. Whilst the service at initial contact was very good, the subsequent communication has been somewhat rubbish. Excuses have changed as the week has progressed and I feel totally fobbed of. I for one will not be using them again and if this was an ebay style shop, it would have to be feedback in the negative vein. I give a 2 star rating as the 1 star is for the initial contact.
