PMS Suspended Ceilings in Kirkby-in-ashfield, Nottingham

Terrible.

This person left my Wife and I with an unfinished loft conversion.

We had nothing but excuses during the contract (quoted at 4 week turnaround, took over 10 weeks). He carried out illegal and unsafe Gas pipework, caused damage, leaks and no end of mess.

He claims to be a trained Joiner.
The staircase he 'built' was propped up by a piece of 2x2 after collapsing when his mastered was walking up it.

We had no properly fitted roof for weeks and as a result regularly had water pouring in onto flooring, wiring and eventually fresh plaster.

He advertises himself as a Builder, to be honest, people would get a more accurate impression if he wore a 10 Gallon hat and had arrows stuck out of the side of his van!!

He is an utter crook. Had £1300 of my money for fitted wardrobes. Built a frame shoddily and then never even supplied the doors. I rang the wardrobe door company myself to be told he got a quote but didn't place the order. Did around £300 worth of work including materials. Makes excuse after excuse. Illness, death, funeral, poorly dog. You name it he finds an excuse for not turning up. Then just never returns calls. Do not use this man under any circumstances. You will regret it. I will have my day with him in court.
