DX Network Services in Sandiacre, Nottingham

Am totally dissatisfied with DX Network Services Ltd. I paid for my parcel to be redelivered today between 9am to 1pm. I waited at home and canceled all my appointments only for them not to turn up. I now tracked my parcel only to see that they claimed to have tried delivery around 11am, which was a big lie. No card was dropped or phone call to show an attempt was made. I now have to spend money to come to Nottingham for the parcel. I will not recommend this courier service to anybody.
